Yummy HCG Soup Recipe: Chicken Vegetable

HCG diet plan is very restrictive in with not only the amount of calories you consume in one day, but what kind of food can make up those calories. To stay on the protocol that is important to find flavourful recipes, so do not get super bored with eating only salad and chicken everyday for 40 days in a row.
HCG Soup: Chicken Vegetable
2 pounds chicken breasts, cut into squares
Worcestershire sauce-sugar free, fat free
1 / 2 clove of garlic
Any of the following: celery, leeks, beets, parsley, dill, cilantro,
29 oz. can crushed tomatoes
8 c. chicken soup
I am Ph.D. chopped onion
and a half head of cabbage
pepper to taste
Simmer about 20 minutes

You can do a search for HCG recipes and come up with a few. What I found is that it is labor intensive, and search through all those recipes I just want to eat. I found two amazing ebooks that are filled with more great HCG recipes, including soup recipes HCG, HCG shrimp recipes, and many others.
This is really helpful for me to not have to go looking when I was hungry, but instead have the information and recipes that we should have a right to my computer screen. Often times when we are hungry, we eat something healthy and HCG in the meal plan right now, or we run the risk of messing up.
