Let me start by saying one thing ... I love BEEF!
I know these days, they are virtually fightin words. My problem: I've been having a hard time finding more healthy diet that suits my taste. I've tried Atkins (also included), I tried counting carbohydrates, sugars and trans fats, and I just fell into the gutter with any of them! I decided to look for something new.
My criteria for a new diet was as follows:
Finally, I stumbled on something I thought sounded pretty nice. "Paleo diet", as noted, consists of what our "ancient ancestors' supposedly ate. I do not know how legitimate claim to it, but I'm all for eating like a cavewoman. Thusly, I googled paleo recipe books.
