How a Good Recipe Can Make a Big Difference for Your Catering Business or Your Private Function

I just love French pastry shop, they have the most amazing cakes and biscuits. Very little while ago I started my quest for those delicious recipes that make these mouth-watering delicacies. Now, I love cooking and baking and make the most of my life. Both my grandmothers were excellent cooks and passionate, and passed on some of their expertise for me. With this in mind, I began collecting recipe books as soon as I earned my first dollar. I have a lot of recipe books, and when I say a lot, I think a lot. French, Italian, Australian, English, Thai, Lebanese, Indian, German, Austrian, you name it, I got it.
Until just a few years ago I followed the recipe for t, the results are always very predictable. Great results every time. I can not remember why I started one day experiment with some of the ingredients and substitutions. Maybe it was when I learned that I could eat chocolate and do not want to miss anymore. So a few weeks ago I looked back through my cookbooks to find a recipe that I want to cook lunch for our fellowship in the church. Since experimenting with recipes, I make a test run before I get my results for the second try. I came across a recipe for financiers or sometimes called Friands. It seemed so calls, I had to try. I changed and changed, and the result is something you'll find in any good patisserie, light, delicious, mouth watering, Morishima, wet and slippery. And to top it all off, it is gluten free, how good is it? I love to share this recipe with you, here it is: (for my trial I halved the recipe, which is very easy to do).
